What counts as a request?
Every asset delivery counts as one request — whether it is served from cache or freshly transformed. API calls (upload, list, delete) are counted separately and do not consume your monthly request quota.
Are there egress or bandwidth fees?
No. imgbt is built on Cloudflare R2, which has zero egress fees. You pay only for storage and API requests — not for how much data you transfer out.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
We will notify you when you approach your limits. Requests beyond the limit are throttled rather than hard-blocked, so your users are never served errors. You can upgrade at any time from the dashboard.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades are effective immediately and prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
